Okay I know that food definitely has to do with acne, but that it is a trigger. But can you explain and clarify how to get to the root of the problem??

I know diet and lifestyle… but what diet and lifestyle?? Please help me. I had acne and took out of my diet processed sugar, dairy, gluten somewhat, and chicken, but recently i had more gluten and chicken and some dairy and got my menstrual cycle and my acne/redness sort of is coming back!! Ah! It had been clear for 2 months, and I could eat bread and chicken, but now all of a sudden it is getting worse again, and I am hoping I can figure out how to get to the root of the problem. This article helped, but I still would like more clarification…

With this article I wanted to point out the obvious fact that it takes more than diet to create perfect health. You have to become an all around healthy person; and that means exercise, sleep well, maintain positive attitude and get some fresh air and sunlight.

It other words it means that you start treating you and your body with the respect it deserves.

Then you have to push through the healing crisis. When you switch to a healthier lifestyle your body starts to get rid of old waste material and to heal itself. This process can take few months and during it you may breakout (sometimes badly).

You are about to learn the simple NON-Secrets about getting clear most acne victims never understand

when you say to get moderate amounts of sunlight everyday to stay healthy, do you also recommend using sunscreen every day? if so what number?

COMMENT BY SEPPO

No, I don’t recommend you use sunscreen. That said, I don’t recommend you stay in the sun long enough to burn yourself either.
