Review of Understanding Acne: Causes, Cures and Myths
WARNING! The worst acne book ever.
That summarizes the review. Please don't waste your money on this scam. In fact, even if you see the cover, hold on to your wallet and run. Let me tell you why. First, the book has no useful content. Nothing that would help you to cure acne. Nothing. First Understanding Acne: Causes, Curer and Myths reveals the gigantic secret that acne is caused by sebum, bacteria and blocked pores. Then it goes on and repeats all the old 'acne myths'. Yes, even the diet one is there. Then for the next 12 pages (the book is 46 pages) it covers different types of acne. So now you know acne can be mild, moderate or severe. Or that even adults can have acne. Great. Then it goes on listing two pages of different natural treatment. So now you know that taking "a hearty multi-vitamin can actually go a long way towards preventing certain bio-chemical conditions which provide fertile ground for acne." Thanks for that insight. I don't even want to go on, because just by writing about Understanding Acne: Causes, Cures and Myths makes me want to take another shower. Written my marketers for marketers There's a reason Understanding Acne is so bad. It's written by marketers with the sole purpose of making money. And they probably outsourced the actual researching and writing to some kid in India. In internet marketing there's a concept called private label right (PRL). It means somebody writes a book or an article and sells other people right to use that 'as their own'. Understanding Acne is an example of PRL content. And you can see it for yourself by searching for "Understanding Acne: Causes, Cures and Myths". You'll see that many websites sell this book - some even as cheap as $1. I happened to stumble on a place I got it for free, along with 15 other equally bad ebooks on different topics. No author who really put effort into their book would allow this because it destroys their livelihood. But Understanding Acne is probably written by some kid in India for marketers who make money selling these PLR packages. So they have no interest in curing your acne. I think it's clear I recommend you stay away from Understanding Acne: Causes, Cures and Myths. If, out of curiosity or other reason I fail to comprehend, you get your hands on it, you'll discover the steaming heap of manure that it is.
