Yes, you hit the "nail on the head" Our beliefs lead to our actions, our thoughts and beliefs create our reality 100% of the time. I had Crohns' Disease many years. I HAD to change my beliefs about health, illness, diet, my ideas of suffering and virtue etc etc it took a lot of self awareness.
The belief changes led to other changes, now I am healthy but it took years. I hope people become aware of this:Thought creates reality, you don't get what you want (wanting creates more wanting).

does clear for life work for rosacea also? I have had rosacea for the last 8 years. Been on some heavy duty meds for this and another skin condition called Lychin Planus.

Clear for Life should work for rosacea also, but I can't be sure as I don't know much about it. Anyway the focus is on building health, not managing individual diseases.
