I used to use proactiv when I was in college but got off on it because it felt like my skin was getting thinner…

Anyhow..my recent experience with proactiv proves that they are not worth your time…
In short I got charged multiple times for the products that never got to my house and their refund policy is slow and worthless…

It’s been about 3 months I’ve been trying to get my money back for something I never received and every time I call they say the refunds have been credited or letters that I need to fill out to claim I never got the package have been sent out…but nothing was ever received…

My conclusion is that their money back guarantee is a joke and since the products are not good to prove themselves and I bet many people are trying to get refunds, they are making it extremely difficult to end it..so…my advice…don’t use proactiv…go rather spend the money at dermatologist who know what they are doing!!
