Ok, if you want a temporary cure to acne.

I've been dealing with acne for 15 years. Like most of you I looked around for the miracle cure, the miracle pill. Well i used zenmed for 3 months. The first months I got "ok" results. I mean it did help but still had a blemish or two. By the third month Zenmed did not do a thing for me. (the same thing happened with proactiv). Zenmed was a lot of pills to take, and that only meant a lot of money and like I said: "No results by third month".

To be 100% honest with all you guys i've never been completely clear until i bought Seppo's book. I've already been completely clear for 4 months. Not only that but my body looks great. Seppo was right, i don't need all that protein i was taking to build muscle... And no, he's not paying me to write this. See, that book really opens your eyes on what you're doing wrong. I thought i ate healthy.... WRONG! Seppo really shows you what overall health means.

Excellent job Christian! Good to hear you've got over acne. It's really not that difficult once you understand the real problem.
