by Sembuddy
(Philippines)

for me, sleep deprivation and stress as my observation is the reasons for my acne. it's true that sleep deprivation can increase stress, inflammation, over fatigue, lack of concentration, and lead to depression and negative attitude. But recently noticed that my acne got better when i sleep well, not so stressed. my work gets me stressed. so now my acne reduce when i observed i get feel unstressed and better. thats all.

Yes, sleep is more important than most people realize. It affects everything in our bodies. With regard to acne, sleep deprivation can increase both inflammation and insulin resistance, both of which are linked with acne.

It's not enough that you simply sleep the required number of hours. You have to ensure that the quality of your sleep is also good.

If you wake up feeling tired then most likely the quality of your sleep could use a bit of help.

By following the advice on Clear for Life and Wake Up To Clear Skin (comes as a bonus with Clear for Life), you can easily increase the quality of your sleep so that you get more out of your sleep.
