I believe that healthy foods help acne and I will always believe it. No matter what you say ( its only 30% ), I know it’s the most important thing and its even 80 % !

I agree with you that diet helps. Whether it’s 30% or 80% is not really relevant.

The whole point of this article is that diet is important, but you cannot ignore other elements of health. No diet works without exercise, positive attitude, good sleep and such. Your health is only as good as its weakest link.

Some people see a big change after changing their diet. Maybe they already have the other elements in place and everything just clicks with good diet.

Other people see very little change even on an extremely healthy diet. They still need to add the other elements.

So true Seppo!

I am the healthiest person I know and I used to think it was totally unfair that other people could eat whatever they wanted and not break out. With my healthy, organic, and natural food diet I was still breaking out, but what was going on was huge turmoil with my organs being exhausted from stress and lack of sleep, causing all sorts of hormonal problems.

Exactly like you said, diet for some people is the issue to their acne and can help or even get rid of their acne problems, but everyone is different and has acne for different reasons!

Exactly to the point.

And if you think diet is THE answer try this little experiment.

Eat the healthiest diet possible. But stop exercising, sleep only 4 hours a night, build up enormous stress and think only negative thoughts. Also stay indoors and keep all the doors and windows closed so you never get any fresh air.

I guarantee that within few weeks you totally mess-up your health. Most likely, this also causes you to break out. Though it may not, because individual health conditions are impossible to predict. But for sure it’s going to ruin your health.
