i am on lesson three and so far they have been very interesting and educational. I really like the way you explain things with stories etc very easy to follow and keeps me reading.I have started drinking the green smoothies don’t know if i like them too much maybe i have the ratio of greens to fruit not quite right yet,bring on the next lesson!!!!

So far pretty much everyone who has tried green smoothies had told me they love them. Though if you overload them with strong greens they may taste bitter.

Start with small amounts of greens and work your way up. You’ll quickly figure out how much greens you can use before it starts tasting bitter. Also please don’t use greens that have strong taste. Lettuce, celery and spinach are my favorites.

A bit of flavour!

Add a few drops of vanilla essence to the green smoothies and a teaspoon of honey, tastes ten times better! I can actually see results after 5 days of drinking the smoothies as a replacement for my breakfast. I love this course!
