Farce (or is it…)

I eat better than anyone I know. I am a vegetarian and eat a 30% or more raw food diet including flax seed oil, olive oil, lots of nuts, produce, beans, brown rice, and water, everyday and I still have acne all along my chin and jaw area. Eating well is great for your body but it isn’t going to stop your face from being oily or stop bacteria from loving that oil. Farce!

And I fully agree with you. Diet is not the only factor in acne. I mentioned it indirectly in the article. You have to take a holistic approach if you want to get clear. Diet is just one part of it.
In fact, like you mentioned, it’s very, very difficult to get clear with just diet alone.
And just a word about your diet. It seems to be that you are eating faaaaar to much fat. That’s really common among raw foodists. With that amount of fat going into your body I have no difficulties believing you won’t get clear.
