Don't waste your money on Proactiv

I purchased Proactiv and used it. I did see a difference about a week after using it. While using Proactiv my FACE NEVER CLEARED COMPLETELY.

I decided to stop using it because it was a little pricey and I didn't get complete clear skin (as seen on tv). I used the product morning and night.

I really decided not to continue to use Proactiv when I seen how it had RUINED MY SHEETS. My pillow case LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN SPOTTED WITH BLEACH. I definitely DID NOT WANT all the CHEMICALS that were on my sheets ON MY FACE.

When I stopped using Proactiv all the acne came back immediately. I decided to get a microderm abrasion. I always thought it was expensive but it only cost $75. I had to go back for another treatment a month later, after that I didn't have another treatment for a year. I go once a year to get the microderm abrasion to rejuvenate.

When I went to the visit they gave me Skincueticals to use as a wash for my face (it is a gentle exfoliate and can be used all over body)this contains sylicic acid instead of benzoyl peroxide. The dermatologist also gave me a prescription of doxycycline (dries up all the acne, an antibiotic) which I take ($4 rx..cheap).

So basically Spend the $75 on the treatment, $24 for Skincueticals (that last 6 months),and a $4 prescricption. Initially it costs $103, after that you are only purchasing the Skincueticals every 6 months and getting your rx (pretty affordable). My SKIN is CLEAR and HEALTHY now. SAVE YOUR FACE AND SHEETS!!
