Diary of a Sleep-Deprived Ex-Acne Sufferer

I realized with bad (quality, not quantity) sleep, my skin tends to have those tiny whitehead bumps that keep popping up around my forehead/cheeks the next day.
Cravings for coffee or other stimulants to keep you awake throughout the day don't help matters much either. This results in a chain reaction because excess caffeine just prevents yr body fr synchronizing with the natural sleep rhythm.
Consequently, day after day, while my body is trying to 'shutdown' after a hard day's work, I simply couldn't.
Never underestimate the power of caffeine (2 cups of coffee is already more than enough to disturb yr sleep & cause insomnia).
As if that's not enough, my appetite got really defiant & I have this really BAD craving for deep-fried, salty & oily foods, possibly in response to my body's sleep-deprived reactions. By next week the 'results' just show- BIG pimples- you know, those nasty, pus-filled ones- will start to appear. Yuk!
So from this, I think sleep deprivation ignites a trigger for the bad habits that create the 'perfect environment' for acne.

You nailed it perfectly.
This is again one more example of how weakness in one element of health creates a cascading reaction that disturbs all the other elements.
Luckily sleep problems are easy to fix, but the solution is not obvious and you couldn't figure it out logically without knowing how sleep works. That's why I wrote Wake Up To Clear Skin book. Sleep is so important you can't leave it to chance.
You still have little time to get Wake Up To Clear Skin as a free bonus with Clear for Life. So I recommend you go and get it right now before it's too late.
