Acne Free In 3 Days Review

Acne free in 3 days?

You know what they say. If it looks like BS, talks like BS and walks like BS it usually is BS.

But my mother always cautioned me against judging something I haven't tried.

Honoring my mother's wisdom I bought the book and put it to test. Here's my no-nonsense, hold no barrels and honest review of Acne Free in 3 Days.

Plus find how you can get everything within the book and more - for FREE.

Acne Free In 3 Days? Possible

But only if your acne is mild or moderate. Despite the hyped-up claims Acne Free in 3 Days most likely won't make a dent on cystic acne.

What pisses me off is that Chris Gibson makes it sound like he found some long-hidden and well buried secret that magically cures acne.

The big secret Mr. Gibson is referring to is a simple 3-day apple fast. Apple fast is anything but a secret. Many readers may not be aware of it, but anyone with even a budding understanding of health knows about it.

So don't expect to find any profound miracles in Acne Free in 3 Days.

Nevertheless an apple fast can help you to get clear. It helps your body to fix the imbalances that lead to acne.

Follow the methods in Acne Free In 3 Days to the dot and you can reasonably expect your mild to moderate acne to completely clear or at least significantly reduce.

Permanent solution to acne?
Never in a million years.

The Acne Free in 3 Days sales letter reads:

"Chronic acne sufferer finds a scientifically proven way to permanently clear skin in just three days".

Every day this sentence breeds more people who hate Mr. Gibson. In acne forums I've seen so angry people they swear to strangle him at sight.

Though an apple fast may get you clear you won't stay that way. At best it gives you one or two weeks of freedom from acne.

Yes, some are blessed with such genes that 3-day apple fast with simple diet changes gets them permanently clear.

Some people also win the national lottery.

An apple fast and other detoxes can help you to get permanently clear. But you need to combine them with other methods. Alone they are almost worthless.

Shallow and long winding

I have to apologize for this. I don't like to talk negatively about anything, but in case of Acne Free in 3 Days it's hard to avoid. Besides some very elementary natural health information there was nothing in there. For $40 I expect to get more.

With such a shallow content you might wonder how Mr. Gibson managed to fill 72 pages. It helps if the first 40 pages are advertisement for other books by the same company and the story how Mr. Gibson cured his acne. It's the usual story. From OTC creams to derm to Accutane to natural methods.

On the positive note you read it in an hour and it's very easy to understand.

I also like that the whole book is a one big story. You pick the relevant information as you follow Mr. Gibson's discoveries. That makes it pretty entertaining to read.

Recycled myths about colon cleanse and basic dietary advice

After explaining how he got clear the book moves to why and how the program works.

You find little more than the often repeated theories of poor bowel function, Candida and the myths about mucoid plaque build up in the colon. Myths because even after tens of thousands colon surgeries no surgeon has ever found this mysterious mucoid plaque. It's a fabricated myth to sell you colon cleansing products, enemas and colonics.

Parroting the same myths Acne Free in 3 Days suggests enemas for you.

The rest of the book had some basic dietary and supplement advice that is supposed to keep you acne free for life. I say supposed as many people do much more than what was outlined in Acne Free in 3 Days and still have acne.

Why would you pay when better information is available for free?

All said and done, Acne Free in 3 Days is a much better option than any currently available acne treatment product. While it falls a mile short on what the sales letter promises it's a step to the right direction.

But why would you pay for it when better information is available for free? Like one reader said...

"First of all. This was free and you're basically giving away the same information Chris Gibson is selling for 40 bucks. All though yours is more detailed on how to stay acne free."
